Disappointing
Alana Crow - 28th March 2023Good location but maybe your as shld state that the unit is 2 storey. This was disappointing as I have mobility issues and ended up having to sleep downstairs. No coffee/tea facilities as most places offer. The unit could also go with a good deep clean and refresh. TV upstairs for my husband did not work. Very thin walls and very noisy

Room 621 The oaks waterfront
Salah Zein - 15th December 2022Room layout works well for a family with children, upstairs is very spacious with its own ensuite, Aircondition and TV which made for a very comfy stay. Kitchen well equiped and clean. Decent views overlooking the lake and the oaks swimming pool, for us the noise wasn’t an issue at all once doors were closed. Property could do with some updating as our allergies were triggered once in the apartment, possibly from the older carpet- although it is clean and does not smell. Great overall

Bernard Jephson - 29th October 2022A very clean and well presented apartment greeted my arrival. The apartment had all amenities that one would require of a holiday apartment. Comfortable bed, good bathrooms and a nice view. Street noise was a little bit of a nuisance with the balcony door open, but easily dealt with (shut the door). Very little noise from next door apartments, although conscious when someone was staying. Car park good, although one of the steeper, narrower ramps I have encountered. Great access to The Entrance.

david Oldfield - 2nd October 2022We liked the property and the location in general - was unaware much of the Entrance had become so rundown, but that didn't detract from where we were staying. There were a couple of issues including some cleaning matters and not being able to get the cooktop operational, but nothing especially major. We would book the same property again.
OAKS STAY
steven batty - 1st August 2022Apart from the Spa Bath not working upstairs and the sink not being able to drain in the upstairs bathroom, the room was great. The bed was quite comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Pool and Spa outside and the closeness to Bars and Restaurants in the Entrance was fantastic. Not altogether happy that the Spa upstairs wasn't working as it was quite embarrassing popping a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend and not being able for her to use it.

katrina fordham - 18th July 2022Really great location Great setup in regards to lounge and separate floor for main bedroom. Loved having the two bathrooms too. Only thing was I would have appreciated being provided more than one toilet paper roll over 3 days.
Never Again with East Coast Getaways!
Mohammed Ashifdar - 1st June 2022Worst holiday experience ever!! They failed to provide us with instructions on how to collect keys for after hours arrival. Pathetic customer service, they wouldn’t answer my numerous phone calls to enquire about keys but when I called with a private number they answered immediately! Sheets on main bed had 3 huge stains, no sheets left for the sofa bed and the apartment was extremely dusty. Never again with east coast getaways!
