If you don’t want to take the 5-minute walk to the beach along the street, you can kayak along the river to the beach. There is a private sand beach on the river great for the kids or relaxing in the sun. If you decide to go to the beach, you can take a rock walk to Pearl Beach or a short drive to Patonga Beach, Ettalong Beach or national parks for a bushwalk.

On the property, get your cameras ready to photograph the kids feeding the ducks, the water dragons that strike a pose on the river jetty if they sense no one is around, or any of the native birds in the palms and bush tops.

Outside undercover there is also a pool table, table tennis table and futsal table. The kitchen on the top floor comes with its own high-end coffee machine, and a well-equipped kitchen to still enjoy cooking and a dining table seating 10 to entertain if your heart desires.

We do not allow bookings for school leavers, large groups under 25 years, hens or bucks nights. Parties are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit the maximum amount of adults per booking to 8.
